YL Wellness Program! Month 9: Nervous System (Brain, Spinal Cord, and Nerves)

There are many unique aspects to the anatomy and physiology of nervous system and we will learn a few of the key points throughout this month. We continue our year of wellness by applying our wellness strategy as well as making lifestyle and environmental changes to support a healthy nervous system.

Applying our wellness strategy to the nervous system, we want to flood with nutrients. The nervous system (brain, spinal chord, and nerves) has many special requirements but mostly in our stress-out world we need to calm down. We also focus this month on eliminating (or at least being reasonable about) caffeine use.
