- Use your PanAway essential oil blend topically 4-6 times today.
- Make a massage oil with about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (ex. coconut oil or V-6 Mixing Oil from Young Living) and 5-10 drops of PanAway essential oil blend. Do a full body self-massage routine.The goal of the massage is to help you manage stress and bring your conscious awareness to your body. Massage is not rocket science—so don’t over-think it. And, be gentle with yourself and your body, ie no deep tissue and don’t add pain to your body! You’re mostly “spreading oil.”
