Day 7 – Wellness Bootcamp While at Home

Let’s Manage Stress – from other people! We don’t have control over other people, but we do have control over how we respond. Taking a deep breath and bringing our consciousness to the process can help us respond more proactively!

By being proactive, we can often ease tensions around us, as well. Peace & Calming essential oil blend is an effective tool to keep the peace inside and around us!

In our “real life” video, we talk about stories of using Peace & Calming with family members. It would be great to keep both Stress Away (Day 5) and Peace & Calming in your pocket!

Skills:

  1. Utilize Peace & Calming essential oil blend to keep the peace, inside and around you.
  2. When feeling stressed, take a deep breath; breathe in peace (or light or love…) and breathe out stress. Be proactive in your responses, rather than reactive.

While using your Peace & Calming essential oil blend, you can say an affirmation or meditate on a scripture verse!

  • Affirmation: I choose to respond in love. I spread peace around me. I stay calm, even in stressful situations.
  • Scripture: “Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” ~ Philippians 4: 6-7 (NABRE)
