Proprioception, especially of the joints, give our brain the awareness of our body position in space.The musculoskeletal system is all about the ‘now’ moment…being present.Toxins from outside can get stored in joints creating inflammation while the muscles produce their own metabolic waste. Our wellness strategy becomes an
important framework and guideline to this working with this system: stop the poison, flood with nutrients, manage stress.
